These terms and conditions apply to the Terrarium Tracker app (hereafter "Application") for mobile devices, created by Adrian Wrona (hereafter "Service Provider") as a free service.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of the Application, any part of it, or its trademarks is strictly prohibited. Attempts to extract the source code, translate, or create derivative versions are not allowed. All intellectual property rights remain with the Service Provider.
The Application may allow users to stream, send, or receive video and data between devices (e.g., Wi-Fi, local network, or RTMP/HTTP endpoints). The Service Provider does not host, process, or moderate these streams.
The Application allows users to add photos to records. All photos are stored locally on your device only unless you choose to upload them for cloud sync or backup.
All user data is stored locally unless uploaded by the user. The Application does not control external servers and is not responsible for safety, legality, or content of data uploaded. Uploading data is at your own risk.
The Application allows users to provide URLs (e.g., JSON endpoints, RTMP streams) to fetch or send data. The Service Provider does not control, verify, or host these external servers.
⚠️ Users are fully responsible for any content they upload, post, or share within the Application, including text, images, videos, and other media.
The Application only stores and processes personal data necessary for functionality. Data such as IP addresses or URLs may be stored locally and are never transmitted to the Service Provider’s servers without user consent.
Users are responsible for securing their devices and network connections. The Service Provider is not liable for breaches or loss of data due to insecure devices or networks.

The Application offers the following purchase options:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings in Google Play or Apple App Store. All premium features are identical regardless of purchase type.
Users can purchase the Terrarium Tracker application through the Microsoft Store. Purchases are tied to the user's Microsoft account. The application does not require a subscription unless explicitly stated. All one-time purchases provide full access to the app features on the Windows platform.
Some functions require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for issues arising from network failures, exceeded data limits, or roaming charges. Users assume all related risks and costs.
Users are responsible for ensuring their device is functional, updated, and charged. The Service Provider is not liable for inability to use the Application due to device problems.
The Service Provider may update or discontinue the Application at any time. Upon termination:
The Application displays advertisements via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers (e.g., IDFA, Google Advertising ID) and other ad-related data. This data is not linked to personal identity. Users can opt out of personalized ads in their device settings.
The Application is provided "AS IS". The Service Provider disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any direct or indirect damages from use of the Application, including video transmissions, external data connections, or uploaded content.
The Service Provider may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
