These terms and conditions apply to the Terrarium Tracker app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices created by Adrian Wrona (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of the Application, any part of it, or trademarks is strictly prohibited. Attempts to extract the source code, translate, or create derivative versions are not allowed. All intellectual property rights remain with the Service Provider.
The Application may allow users to stream, send, or receive video and data between devices (e.g., via Wi-Fi, local network, or RTMP/HTTP endpoints). The Service Provider does not host or process these streams.
The Application allows users to add photos to records. All photos are stored locally on your device only and are not automatically uploaded to any server.
All user data is stored locally unless you choose to send it to an external server for synchronization or backup. The Application does not control these servers and is not responsible for the safety, legality, or content of data once uploaded. Uploading data to external servers is done entirely at your own risk.
The Application allows users to provide URLs (e.g., JSON endpoints or RTMP addresses) to fetch or send data. The Service Provider does not control or verify these external servers. Users are solely responsible for any data transmitted or displayed from these servers. The Service Provider is not liable for any consequences resulting from the use of external data sources.
The Application stores and processes only the personal data necessary for functionality. Data such as IP addresses or URLs may be stored locally on your device but are never transmitted to the Service Provider’s servers.
It is your responsibility to secure your device and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this could expose it to malware, viruses, or security vulnerabilities.

Subscriptions are billed to your account (Google Play or Apple ID) and automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings in the respective app store (Google Play or App Store).
All premium features are identical regardless of whether they are purchased as a one-time purchase, monthly, or yearly subscription.
Some functions require an active internet connection. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from lack of internet access or exceeded data limits. Users are responsible for any charges from their network provider, including roaming fees.
You are responsible for ensuring your device remains functional and charged. The Service Provider cannot be held liable if the Application cannot be used due to device issues.
The Service Provider may update or discontinue the Application at any time. In the event of termination:
The Application displays ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as IDFA or Google Advertising ID) and other ad-related data to deliver personalized ads and measure performance. This data is not linked to your personal identity. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.
The Service Provider strives to ensure the Application functions properly but provides it "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. The Service Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Application, video transmissions, or external data connections configured by users.
The Service Provider may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
